There are some changes to be aware of for our future consignment sales. A new sale manager and sale rule additions.
The Missouri Angus Association, who handles our sales management, has added a new sales manager their staff. Kody Graves will be managing our future sales. He has extensive experience in the cattle business and is looking forward to working with our consignors. You can reach Kody at (940) 531-185`1.
Two other significant changes are in our sale rules. All cattle 6 months of age and older are required to be genomic tested and DNA parent verified. DNA must be summited ahead of the entry deadline to allow for the DNA results to be printed in the sale book. There will also be a screening committee that will look over all the lots in the sale barn prior to the sale. This committee reserves the right to reject any cattle that are deemed to be unsound and/or do not meet the sale standards.
