Dear Heart of the Ozarks Angus Association Members,

It is a great honor to be asking for sale lots this year from you for the 108th consecutive HOAA sale.  The sale will be held at the Ozark Regional Stockyards in West Plains on March 10, 2018. The entry deadline is Jan 15, 2018 and all of the catalog information can be sent directly to me at the address listed below or preferably by email, you can also include the entry fee, payable to Heart of the Ozarks Angus Association and I will forward it on to the Treasurer. The spring sale date is a tuff one for advertising and deadlines the way the calendar falls. Please have consignments in as soon as you can. Last minute consignments make for a last minute sale books and ads. Most ads will be placed in early January, so if you want to be highlighted with photos or large consignment listings let me know early in the month.

Attached you will find an entry sheet that can be copied for more than one entry. Make sure that all weights and scans are turned in to the AAA as we will get the data for the sale catalog directly from them. If you have questions about proper contemporary grouping or to get blank EPD’s filled in please call me. For those interested in DNA testing your animals this may be your easiest way to get full sets of EPD’s. Submit your blood samples for DNA testing by the first two weeks of January to AAA for your data to be correctly reflected in the sale catalog.
